C41 - exposure
“A photograph is not only an image (as a painting is an image), an interpretation of the real; it is also a trace, something directly stenciled off the real, like a footprint or a death mask.” S. Sontag Lees verder
C41 exposure is a photography gallery dedicated to exhibitions across a variety of media and genres. Within the framework of Michel Vaerewijck's own art, young artists continue to expand the context of the gallery by presenting conceptual material in surprising formats that address current methods of thought, while exploring different means of generating art. C-41 is not only the housnumber but also a chromogenic color print film developing process. C-41, also known as CN-16 by Fuji, CNK-4 by Konica, and AP-70 by AGFA, is the most popular film process in use.
